EXPERIENCE
7/2015-Present VorTechs Communications LLC Stratford, NJ Owner/operator, consultant, engineer, PM, Technician Working as a Comcast Vendor installing Cisco Meraki switches, Switches, wireless access points, Cradlepoint products. I verify service for ISPs, Configure and install equipment for end user, vendor, or ISP. I do telecom work like POTS or regular phone lines, data networks, phone systems including VOIP. I also can consult with you on your current communication/data network and evaluate as well as suggest changes to increase service and/or save money. I also design and build websites.
4/2015-7/2015 Rightech-Ericsson Woodbridge, NJ Quality Audit field manager Worked on Sprint cell sites to ensure that LTE integration was completed to the customer’s specifications, test batteries, and alarms at each site. As well as reporting any criminal activity such as stolen batteries, copper grounding, and any other equipment. After taking note of all problems, I’d have the assigned tower crew photograph all issues, make the necessary repairs, and contact the proper authorities to report any theft. Then all repairs and interactions would be documented along with any photographs would be uploaded in proper format to the customer’s server.
6/2014-9/2014 Rightech-MasTec Woodbridge, NJ Tech/LTE integrator Worked in VERIZON central office work with CTDI for two weeks in March. I ran and terminated fiber, terminated and H-tapped returns, stitched fiber, copper, and Power cable. I worked for MasTec from June to the end of August. I worked at SPRINT cell sites. I ran fiber and LTE integrations. I checked in with the NOC and RITC, working with the RITC to integrate sites. I took pictures, tested the site after it was integrated, filled out the required paper work, emailed it to the MasTek PM, and uploaded the required pictures and/or paper work to the MasTec Server.
4/2013-7/2013 LightWave Sewell, NJ Tech/DC Power Tech Installed cable rack (ladder rack and hardware) and equipment racks, breakers, fuse panels, grounding (both frame grounds and equipment racks) in COMCAST HEAD ENDS. Also installed NIDs (network interface device which was an unmanaged fiber switch) at SPRINT cell sites for COMCAST, working with the test and turn up team at COMCAST to verify light readings on a light meter, everything was photographed the light readings were recorded as well as any discrepancies via email per site. On occasion I would have to HyperTerminal into the fiber switch to make changes. 6/2012-7/2012 FOSS ELECTRIC LLC Montgomeryville, PA Tech, Electrician’s Helper Assisted in adding cables to power plants from batteries, adding and upgrading Argus Power Plants. Installation of Node B and LTE racks. Addition of rectifiers to cell sites and removal/installation of generators to/from Cell Sites that lost/restored commercial power. Obtained Bechtel Passport or safety card.
2-2011-11/2011 TXR Norristown, PA Tech, Communications Analyst Survey, install, load scripts on ALU/Tellabs SIADs and cutover SIADs for AT&T LTE. Power preps for Node B installs, Installed Node B and E Node B installations all projects are photographed prior to and post completion of work. All pertinent paper work is complete to Bechtel standards as well as time and expense sheets.
